IBA Stage: Triennale Brugge 2024
June 12, 2024 (Wednesday)
3:00 pm (Brugge/GMT+2)
Join us tomorrow, June 12th at 3pm Brugge (GMT+2), for IBA Stage on Triennale Brugge 2024! We are thrilled to have with us Alan Quireyns Artistic Coordinator of Brugge Plus, a platform coordinating and organising cultural events in and around the city of Brugge. Brugge Triennale is one of their highlights for this year and we are looking forward to hearing more from Alan about their strategies and the role this event plays in the wider programming of the city’s cultural activities.
Alan Quireyns (°1982, Ghent, BE) is artistic coordinator of Brugge Plus and, together with Shendy Gardin, project manager of Bruges Triennial 2024. He was previously project manager of Reiefestival and departmental projects manager. Previously, he was project manager for the Goethe Institut Brussels and artistic director of AIR Antwerp between 2011 and 2019.
To have the possibility to hear and discuss with the individuals behind biennials has been a key component of what we believe IBA can offer to our members and the wider public and we value your participation through our live streams. As always IBA Stage events are meant as a moment to hear about a project through its makers and have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
