2 April 2021Dear members,
Thank you for your continued support and for keeping updated with IBA and our ongoing events.
We recently had our third session of IBA Conversations that featured Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons and Sammy Baloji and was moderated by IBA President Hoor Al Qasimi with the theme, ‘The Artist as Initiator’. Thank you to everyone who came to listen and engage.
As the year continues, we have more conversations scheduled and will announce further plans for events to take place throughout the rest of the year including more IBA Conversations and our 8th General Assembly.
Please be sure to follow us on our social media outlets and to keep an eye out for news regarding these events and for additional changes set forth for IBA and our members.
You may learn more about the topics of upcoming IBA Conversations here.

The International Biennial Association provides a platform for establishing, researching and exchanging ideas and knowledge between professionals and institutions concerned with contemporary art that play pivotal roles in the biennial practise and its discourse.
While engagement with professionals in the global biennial community is the primary membership benefit, other benefits include access to the Interactive Space on the IBA website, where members can connect with one another to share and develop ideas. Members also receive invitations to all IBA events and conferences, copies of all publications as well as a membership card, which grants access to member biennials and triennials participating in our Free Admission Program.

From all of us at IBA,
