As we enter May, those of us at the International Biennial Association (IBA) look forward to sharing updates and more biennials to schedule visits to both this year and the next.
13th General Assembly
With a little over a month until our 13th General Assembly, we are excited to share with you updates to our schedule of events and the theme of our public program, Rememory: Living Solidarities, Embodied Futures. We have recently updated our website to include details on what to expect during your time in Sydney, and we look forward to revealing more details about our program.
Those wishing to join us in Sydney are requested to RSVP to ensure that they receive updates and are included in our list of attendees.
IBA in Venice + Resources
To add to what looks to be an eventful month, many IBA members will be in Venice this week for the preview days of the 61st Venice Biennale. Will you be among them?
As a means of offering assistance during these busy days, we have prepared some resources that may be of use. First, we have a map to serve as a guide to key locations for openings and events for the week. In addition, we have created a calendar for events that may be of interest.
If you happen to run into any representatives of the IBA Office, don’t be a stranger!
