Dear members,
The International Biennial Association’s International Conference “Biennials in Transformation: Hybridization as New Challenge” was a huge success! Attendees from around the world participated in discussions with speakers about multidisciplinarity and its influence on the biennial format.
IBA would like to extend special thanks to its host, the Shanghai Project, as well as its collaborator, the Power Station of Art.
If you enjoyed the IBA International Conference in Shanghai, look for more international meetings next year. It is our mission to provide this platform for establishing, researching and exchanging ideas and knowledge between professionals and institutions concerned with contemporary art that play pivotal roles in the biennial practice and its discourse.
